Kelly Baughman

Kelly Baughman launched her consulting firm in 2020 to focus on helping organizations develop their leadership, build dynamic teams, and transform their cultures.  She is a certified speaker, coach, trainer, and facilitator with internationally renowned Maxwell Leadership. Before launching her firm, she was an owner and director within a top architecture, design, and consulting firm with Houston, Austin, and Dallas offices. She worked with many C-suite and executive-level leaders guiding them through often complex changes like workforce relocations or mergers and acquisitions. For 24 years through the building and leading of a successful Business Transition Consulting team, she worked within organizations to guide individuals and groups through change. Early in her career, she managed the merger between Exxon and Mobil, a global real estate effort that affected tens of thousands of people. Since then, Kelly has guided several organizations through notable mergers, acquisitions, relocations, and reorganizations around the globe.

She is a wife, mother, and grandmother.  She is married to Mark Baughman a retired Law Enforcement Officer and lives on Lake Conroe.  She is the mother of Mason, a 26-year-old son who is on the autism spectrum with intellectual disabilities. She and her husband enjoy giving back to their local community through their church and other volunteer opportunities.  When Mason transitioned from his school program to adulthood, she found the lack of opportunities unacceptable. Determined to give back, she teamed up with Kevin Gerrity to help solve some of the critical shortages of quality residential and vocational options.

"Goethe said, 'Dream no small dreams for they have no power to move the hearts of men.'

I dream big, and I encourage others to do the same. Then I work hard to make those big dreams a success."
