Glenn Lucadou

As Chief Development Officer at United Way of San Antonio and Bexar County, Glenn is responsible for overseeing the revenue generation and engagement efforts across the organization. Glenn has worked within the United Way network for 12 years with prior experience as the AVP of Corporate Relations at United Way of Greater Houston where he oversaw their annual campaign efforts. A campaign that consistently ranked among the top 5 in the country. He has also served the United Way network in multiple roles throughout his career and currently serves on the Corporate Relations Operating Group, and Resource Development Operating Group and previously served on the United Way LINC Advisory Committee. These roles have helped him contribute to developing network-wide solutions for individual digital engagement, improved corporate relationship experiences, and millennial engagement. Prior to joining United Way, he worked at Marriott International, then transitioned his career to Social Services where he worked for BakerRipley as a social worker helping families recover from Hurricane Katrina and Ike. Glenn graduated with a BS in Business Administration from Texas State University. He is also a graduate of the Emerging Leader program at The Bush School of Government and Public Service at Texas A&M University. In the fall of 2019, Glenn moved to San Antonio with his wife Leslie and is the proud father of 3 children, Emma Kate, 8, Nicole, 5, and Tinsley, 2. He is active in his local church, AFP, local mentoring, and Foster and Adoption Ministries Outside of work, Glenn enjoys outdoor activities and spending time with his family.
